Client Service Manager 

Hours: Full Time  
Salary: Dependent on experience (Ask Recruiter Below)    

Duties: 

  • Ensuring that all KPI’s and Deliverables are met in line with the required scope of work for each client. (VAT, CIS, etc)  
  • Maintaining client's accounts, verifying and posting transactions  
  • Analyse and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers  
  • Managing client invoices & payments  
  • Liaising with clients and their vendors, reconciling any billing discrepancies  
  • Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.  
  • Recording client assets and handling investments  
  • Preparing Management Accounts for review  
  • Managing & filing relevant client documentation electronically  
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes. 
  • Ensuring that all clients are communicated with, in line with their deliverables.  
  • Liaising with HMRC as and when required  
  • Constant improvement and development of existing workflows.  
  • Monitor the implementation and maintenance of bookkeeping and accounting control procedures.  
  • Providing trainees with appropriate work to their skill level to aid deliverables. 
  • Overall responsibility and supervision of trainees work relating to your clients.  
  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies  
  • Preparing schedules, statements and reports as requested  
  • Assist with the preparation of personal tax returns  
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations and integrity of financial data
