Client Service Manager
Hours: Full Time
Salary: Dependent on experience (Ask Recruiter Below)
Duties:
- Ensuring that all KPI’s and Deliverables are met in line with the required scope of work for each client. (VAT, CIS, etc)
- Maintaining client's accounts, verifying and posting transactions
- Analyse and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers
- Managing client invoices & payments
- Liaising with clients and their vendors, reconciling any billing discrepancies
- Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
- Recording client assets and handling investments
- Preparing Management Accounts for review
- Managing & filing relevant client documentation electronically
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
- Ensuring that all clients are communicated with, in line with their deliverables.
- Liaising with HMRC as and when required
- Constant improvement and development of existing workflows.
- Monitor the implementation and maintenance of bookkeeping and accounting control procedures.
- Providing trainees with appropriate work to their skill level to aid deliverables.
- Overall responsibility and supervision of trainees work relating to your clients.
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
- Preparing schedules, statements and reports as requested
- Assist with the preparation of personal tax returns
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations and integrity of financial data
