Lead Veterinary Surgeon 

Hours: Full Time and Part Time

The Lead Veterinary Surgeon role is a key role in the practices' leadership team and has overarching responsibility for the holistic performance of the clinic and team under their leadership. This is an exciting role, with autonomy in clinic leadership, to ensure that the team delivers the highest quality of patient care,
alongside first-class customer service and high team engagement. You will lead the clinic team with a positive mindset, providing coaching and mentoring support to direct reports and the wider team, with the support of business partners, building positive relationships at all levels.
