Hours: Full Time
Salary: Dependent on experience (Ask Recruiter Below)
Duties:
- Processing all aspects of bookkeeping for a broad range of clients, including journals and reconciliations
- Preparation and submission of VAT returns
- Preparation and submission of CIS returns
- Liaising with clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Controlling the workflow for bookkeeping and VAT returns and ensuring that all deadlines are met (both external and internal)
- Operating as a team player, keeping managers informed
- Assisting the accounts team with posting TBs, balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations and other ad-hoc work
- Use of Sage 50, Quikbooks, Xero, Dext, IRIS, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
- Ability to help clients with accounts software, remotely and/or in person

You must have at least 2 years work experience in Practice.
