Location: Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
A long standing Accountancy practice in Bury St Edmunds is now looking for an Audit Assistant Manager.
The role is ideally suited to someone who is qualified, and has prior experience of supervising an Audit team under the guidance of Managers/Senior Managers.
You must be ACA/ACCA/equivalently qualified, or very nearly qualified.
You will be working with a range of clients, across different sectors. Different audit backgrounds are welcome, but experience on corporate audits and also the NFP sector would be beneficial.
The role will include:
- Overseeing a team of Auditors, delegating and managing the workflow
- Reporting to the Managers
- Working on a broad range of clients, looking after a portfolio and helping bring in new business
- Some Accounts and Tax work alongside Audits (main duty)
- Salary £40,000 - £45,000, depending on experience
