Veterinary Surgeon 

Hours: Full time (40 hours/week, 4 Day working week, with set day off) and part time available 
Weekends: 1 in 5 weekends (soon to be 1 in 6) No OOH or bank holidays. 

Company Overview: They are a family owned, independent, small animal practice that takes on a referral and first opinion caseload. After a recent building development, they are now looking to expand their lovely team of 20. They are fiercely passionate about the patients they treat and the team they work with.

The practice runs 20-30 minute consults with regular, set administration breaks. Regarding their experience, they are a team of 5 vets, some of which are certificate holding practitioners, and they are looking to develop an internal/external referral aspect to the business.

They are a hugely supportive practice, for candidates that prefer the more routine and predictable nature of the veterinary career. However also ambitious with their dreams in developing their referral arm to the business, this able to offer a progressive candidate the ability to enhance their skill set in a supportive environment, clinically and also, for the right candidate, progression in the form of business ownership in the future.
